Delaware Technical & Community College – Dover, Delaware
Computer applications training classes for the corporate and community programs and continuing education department of the college. Most recently covered a series of Microsoft Office courses for various divisions within the State of Delaware. These enrichment courses require the instructor to work directly with the students in an interactive environment. Instructors are required to develop lesson plans, and cater to learners of multiple skill levels.

Custom website development, Analytics Research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Primarily focused on building, marketing and maintaining websites with Open Source Content Management System (CMS) software such as WordPress, Drupal and Joomla.

Worked directly with the Education Director to improve and teach the Computer Operation Web Design Specialist (COWDS) program. Electronic Technician (12/2000 – 3/2002)
Mikart Pharmaceuticals –  Atlanta, Georgia
Provided total plant electrical and electronics repair and maintenance. Programmed user-interfaces and PLC programs to facilitate the production of pharmaceuticals. Worked directly with the plant engineer to develop strategies that improved production and increased safety. Used Rockwell Automation software to develop ladder logic and Panel Builder applications to develop graphic user interfaces (GUI’s), which were intuitive for production personnel. Helped to develop programs which decreased plant waste by twenty percent.

Maintained and wrote ladder logic and user interface-code to facilitate the mass production of thermoformed consumer products. Used troubleshooting methods to identify and fix problems on computerized production equipment. Helped to develop and implement robotics programming, maintenance, safety, and training programs.
